Located in multiple Network Operations Centers (NOCs) in the US and internationally we use a network management platform with components integrated with our key vendor partners. Our integration with Hitechlogic Solution Delivery teams provides a holistic approach to managing the technology lifecycle. As solutions are developed and deployed, we will work to ensure that operational gaps are addressed. Over the course of managing a client environment, we will provide recommendations for optimization based on our real world experience in the environment.
